Relationships with CFRB RadioCan what you eat really impact your mood and in turn your relationships? Dr. Kantor and CFRB Radio discuss this hot topic, and the link between nutrition and interpersonal relationships. By being aware of our partner’s health and/or dietary restrictions, we can be attentive in helping them do what they need to do to live a healthy lifestyle. This brings us closer to that person and ultimately is beneficial to the relationship. Dr. Kantor also says that there are certain foods that aid in the production of gender specific sex hormones as well as some foods to avoid. For example, he suggests that men should eat all-natural, lean meat, fish, beans, cheese and yogurt to support testosterone production and avoid soy, tofu and almonds.  Women should eat all-natural beef, pork, fish, eggs, walnuts, and avocados to limit estrogen dominance.

They also discuss the basics of his book, What Matters, such as how to improve your health, the health care system in America and leadership values that are missing in our country today.
