Obamacare with 92 FMDr. Kantor recently discussed health care reform and made predictions about what to expect from Obamacare with 92 FM News Radio. Dr. Kantor was specific, discussing the delays that we have already seen, as well as predicting future delays and why will see them.

He says that what we really need to do to avoid this whole mess, is concentrate more on starting early, teaching people to live a healthy lifestyle and prevent disease. Doctors should  in some way be compensated for focusing on preventative medicine.  By doing this we could save huge amounts of money for the health care system and prevent health care from being such a major issue.  According the the CDC, if we just follow 4 simple rules we can prevent, eliminate or mitigate 80% of all the major diseases in the US. Those 4 rules are: don’t smoke, eat an all-natural diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, keep your BMI below 30 and exercise 3 ½ hours a week. With 80% of these diseases being eliminated, that could save 1.6 trillion dollars and eliminate the entire health care crisis.
