He says that it is difficult to understand Obamacare in the first place, and on top of that the law keeps changing.  Recent polls have shown that this leaves the majority of American’s feeling confused and experiencing feelings of distrust. A few of the most significant changes that we have seen are the long term care portion was completely dropped and the marketplace for exchanges and the employer mandates have both been delayed for one full year.
