healthy kidsDr. Keith Kantor and Heather Atwood of Food For Thought recently spoke about health and nutrition, specifically the importance of proper nutrition for our children.  Dr. Kantor believes that if we make our children’s health a priority, no matter how busy our schedules, we will make the time to provide healthy meals and snacks.  Our children are addicted to processed foods and sugar, which he recommends avoiding when possible.  He suggests preparing healthy lunches with our children, getting them involved and taking ownership for their health. By 2020 half of the population in our country will be obese and shortly after that 50% of our children will be obese. Obviously we are doing something wrong, and we need to make a change.

They also discussed Dr. Kantor’s companies, Service Foods and Green Box Foods, and the services/education that they provide regarding proper nutrition and health.  Through these companies, you can receive the complete package of delicious, all-natural foods as well as education and information about living a healthy lifestyle. Listen in for more great information on health and nutrition as well as how these companies can help.
