Healthy living with Rusty HumphriesDr. Keith Kantor and Rusty Humphries recently had a great conversation about healthy living.  They discussed Green Box Foods,  a national company that sells all-natural foods through a nutritional, wellness benefit platform that runs though big companies and organizations. Green Box Foods teaches nutrition, offers recipes, helps measure caloric burn/intake and more.  They also discuss the differences between all-natural and organic foods and the process that is used to keep these foods fresh and bacteria free. This should be important to American’s since 73 million people a year are getting sick from various types of food borne illness.

They also briefly discuss Dr. Kantor’s book, What Matters, which is about leadership values that are lacking in our country today and solutions to our current healthy care crisis; two topics that he is very passionate about.
