Dr. Kantor recently discussed many popular issues with WNYE Radio, including healthy lifestyle tips, benefits of exercise and supplementation as well as America’s obesity and health care crisis. They talk about his book, What Matters, which includes ways to help fix our health care crisis, leadership values that are missing in America, and ways to live a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Kantor believes that we can enjoy and maintain a healthy life by keeping everything in moderation. He recommends that we drink half of our body weight in water daily and stay away from processed foods which contain too much sugar and salt and too many added chemicals. Cook as many meals at home as possible, and make sure they include plenty of colorful fruits and vegetables combined with a lean protein.
