Healthy NutritionDr. Kantor recently discussed many popular issues with WNYE Radio, including healthy lifestyle tips, benefits of exercise and supplementation as well as America’s obesity and health care crisis. They talk about his book, What Matters, which includes ways to help fix our health care crisis, leadership values that are missing in America, and ways to live a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Kantor believes that we can enjoy and maintain a healthy life by keeping everything in moderation. He recommends that we drink half of our body weight in water daily and stay away from processed foods which contain too much sugar and salt and too many added chemicals.  Cook as many meals at home as possible, and make sure they include plenty of colorful fruits and vegetables combined with a lean protein.  During this conversation they took calls from radio listeners who asked questions about everything from omega-3 supplementation, to the differences between organic and all-natural foods. Listen to this question and answer segment for great information on these healthy living topics.
