I am so excited that my new children’s book, The Green Box League of Nutritious Justice, will be released soon. I believe that solving our obesity and healthcare crisis has to be done by educating our children and teaching them how and why we should live a healthy lifestyle.  I have written this book to connect with children in a fun and lighthearted way by using animated fruits, vegetables and healthy proteins as the main characters. Good guys like “Knute Trition”, “X R Size” and “Ed U Cation”, battle the bad guys, otherwise known as the Legion of Unhealthy Injustice.  These bad guys are unhealthy and include “OBCD”, “Salty Snake” and the “Sugar Shark”. This book is fun and entertaining for both children and their families with comics, family exercises, healthy recipes, coloring pages and more.  I am really looking forward to it’s release and believe that it will have a great impact on the way we teach our children.

This book contains:

  • Food descriptions for all the fruits, veggies and proteins
  • 26 comic books
  • Exercises (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
  • 25 recipes each for breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Health and Safety tips
  • Food shopping tips
  • Health articles (example: Why drinking water is important)
  • Guide to good food
  • Coloring book pages

Check back for a release date and information on where you can purchase the book.
