With school resuming this month, some parents are struggling to come up with healthy lunch and after-school snack ideas for their kids.kids

Dr. Keith Kantor, nutritionist and CEO of all-natural food company Green Box Foods, Inc., has some ideas on how to get kids to eat better. His new book “The Green Box League of Nutritious Justice” aims to teach them about nutrition and inspire them to choose a healthy lifestyle.

“We have a health care crisis in the country that’s not getting better,” Kantor said. “Our children are getting more obese. We need to educate them at a young age before they develop bad habits.”
