Obamacare will undoubtedly affect all Americans and hit small business particularly hard.  Dr. Kantor discusses what impacts Americans will feel from Obamacare with Jay Caldwell of WJON radio.  They discuss how companies of at least 50 workers are going to face penalties of up to $3k for each worker who receives subsidies via Obamacare.  Due to this high cost, Dr. Kantor states that many small business will not be able to afford it and many of their employees will lose their insurance. Since a lot of these costs/penalties are just too much for many companies, they will have to make tough choices, possibly downsizing, switching people to part time, or dividing their companies into separate companies to keep employee numbers under 50.
