Dr. Keith Kantor Interview with 1190 WSDE Radio

Dr. Keith Kantor returns to 1190 WSDE Albany N.Y. to talk with Ed Shurlock about everything from his book What Matters and living a healthy lifestyle, to the costs that Obamacare will have on Americans. He suggests that we stay healthy so that we don’t have to go into the system. If we follow 4 simple rules we can cut down, eliminate and mitigate 80% of all diseases in the United States.  These four rules are: don’t smoke, eat all-natural foods, keep your weight down with a BMI below 30 and exercise 3 ½ hours a week.  Continuing with following a healthy lifestyle, he talks about Green Box Foods, a division of Service Foods, which works directly with corporations and associations to provide members and employees education and research on how to live a healthy lifestyle.
