ObamacareMitch Henck of WIBA Radio recently asked Dr. Kantor about the hidden costs of Obamacare and how to navigate them. Dr. Kantor discussed some of these costs, but said that the biggest problem isn’t the hidden costs, it’s the fact that there hasn’t been an influx of 30 million new people into the system like they had anticipated.  Without these new people, costs are rising, particularly for the young and the single.  They also discuss the issues that we have seen with the exchanges, delays, penalties, and subsidies.  While Obamacare has been rolling out with a lot of problems and delays, the administration might not be too concerned. Harry Reid said a few weeks ago, and was very blunt about it – that this is just the first phase. The goal is to get to a single payer system, and there might be some bumps along the way. The administration doesn’t really care if it is or isn’t working, because if it doesn’t work well, in their minds it will give them more ammunition to go to a single payer system. Listen in for more insight on this idea.
