November 2014 – The iPhone Mom – Green Box Heroes Review
Priceless book. Highly recommended. Promotes healthy lifestyle for kids and adults. A must have. “First thing I noticed wad this is a big book! About one inch thick and the footprint of a magazine this is one you will want to keep and your kids can share it with their children. Well worth the price. In fact I was surprised when it arrived WOW. This is a nice book. Written in a way that let kids and parent’s share and learn about healthy eating and living a long healthy life. Pages for kids to get out there crayons and color are a wonderful touch, and capture their artistic and creative side forever, they customize the illustrations. FUN! Characters that kids and parents will have fun with and relate to. As a father myself I highly recommend this well written and beautifully illustrated book, truly a must have fun, interesting and educational book.” – Will Penn
To Good Health “Another great and innovative book by Dr. Kantor. It gives all of us the incentive to have a healthier lifestyle, but more important, how important it is to start that healthy lifestyle with children eating healthy in early childhood.” – Faye Pender
One of the best gifts in life is helping children understand and appreciate great health and wellness, this book says it all “This book written by Dr. Keith Kantor, is brilliant, and has such a way to reach children in keeping them focused and excited about health and great eating habits. The illustrations are amazing and so well done, it will put a smile on their faces. Don’t miss out on this book, it is truly a winner. Congrats Dr. Kantor on such a wonderful read.” – Benita Zweigbaum
A brilliant approach to educating our youth on a very important subject. “In my opinion, this is one of the most important books a family can own. It is a happy and entertaining book that you can read to the kids, but also has the latest research on nutrition and fitness.
There is an educational comic section where kids with superpowers use their knowledge of nutrition and fitness to combat the enemies of health.
Other sections provide information on health and fitness, similar to the Nutrition Almanac. I consider myself healthy, but the data on possible side effects of additives, and minor food allergies changed the way I eat.
I especially liked the emphasis on fitness! The authors are obviously passionate in wanting everyone to lead a healthier, happier, more active life.
I agree with the authors that much of our nation’s healthcare expenses would quickly disappear, if only people knew some simple facts about nutrition and fitness. I wish everyone had this information so we could save money and be a stronger, happier nation.” – Troy Anderson
Teaching Children and Parents the Importance of Nutrition “Teaching children the importance of nutrition at an early age is critical to making our next generation healthier. Dr. Kantor and his colleagues provide a fun and relevant way for children and parents to learn how to eat right.” – Stephen B. Reynolds
A Must Read “A thoroughly engaging and enjoyable book. Dr. Kantor pulls it off again. One of my favorite authors. Dr. Kantor has the rare talent of incorporating vital, essential information into a fun format. No one else does it as well. I wish that this level of incite was available when I was a kid. God knows, I would be a healthier, happier, mentally and physically stronger human being today. Thank you, Dr. Kantor, for sharing this valuable publication with my entire family; especially, my wife, children and I.” – Lance N. Rothenberg
Great to read with your children ” This book is easy to read and a great way to engage your children in the importance of healthy eating and exercise. Very well done.“ – Bruce Holtzinger

“Overall a great book! Though most importantly, the tie in of Leadership and Health. Why are we an unhealthy America? Dr Kantor points out why ad brings leadership, or lack there of, to the front and center. Why is most of the nation so confused abut why we are unhealthy as a nation when there is no leadership with the most important foundational building block of being healthy…Nutrition. There is no leadership with Nutrition. Politics, subsidies and and big money continue to drive poor products into the foods made for purchase. Not to mention the financial debacle involving healthcare…need I go there. Yes, there is a consumer responsibility to learn and make a wise choice, though begin at the top and lead…be responsible! Dr Kantor lays out a solid plan on how to address and help fix the health care crisis in America. Quite interesting and a positive solution!” – B. Boles
