Affordable Care Act with Voice of RussiaDr. Kantor was recently interviewed by The Voice of Russia on a range of topics about the Affordable Care Act.  He discussed the basic principles of Obamacare and some of the problems that are arising from it. They also talked about the IRS scandal and the consequences that could come from it. Since the IRS is key in implementing and enforcing the mandates of Obamacare and have proven and admitted fraud, Dr. Kantor believes that Americans might now show more resistance towards it.
