Dr. Keith Kantor discusses this in detail during this interview with The Lincoln Brown Show. Unfortunately since the plan is not working, delays are happening and costs are rising. Those against Obamacare may take some pleasure in seeing it fall apart, but within the law it is written that if insurance companies can’t come out with a policy that the government deams covers all appropraite criteria at an afordable price, the government  is allowed to come out with its own policies.
