American’s are guilty of gaining weight over the holidays, but not losing all of it afterwards.  So how are we to find the right balance between holidaysenjoying all of the holiday food and taking part in the holiday fun, but not succumbing to the holiday weight gain?  Dr. Kantor shares some simple rules to follow with WCCS Radio, and tells us to begin with enjoying everything in moderation. If we set guidelines and rules for ourselves that are too strict, we are less likely to stick to them. However, just by following a few simple rules like having a plan, drinking an appropriate amount of water, and exercising proper portion control, we truly can enjoy the holidays.
