In this recent interview with The Voice of Russia, Dr. Kantor answers questions about the upcoming challenges that Sylvia Mathews Burwell will Sylvia Mathews Burwellface. He says that the real challenge is that the health care law itself wasn’t designed properly. It was designed so that it would pass the House and Senate and to do that they had to make concessions. Making these concessions made the bill weaker and inoperable, causing it to become more of a political bill than an actual health care bill. Another major problem with Obamacare is that the young and healthy people aren’t signing up; the penalties are just too small. Without a good mix of the elderly, those with preexisting conditions and the young and healthy we are seeing costs rise. Obamacare is still highly controversial, and now that people are starting to personally feel the effects, it is getting harder and harder for them to be swayed into thinking that it’s a good thing.
