Dr. Kantor’s was recently interviewed by the SouthEast Education Newtwork about his new book, The Green Box League of Nutritious Justice, childrenand teaching our children how to live a healthy lifestyle.  Dr. Kantor’s new book aims to make it fun for kids to learn about healthy living in a fun and animated way. The only way to really solve the health care crisis is to prevent disease before it happens and the only way to do this is to start with the children and their families. The book just came out on January 31st and is already nominated for the IPPY Awards, the Mom’s Choice Award and the National Parent’s Products Award. Most parents know that they need to do something and want to do something but many times they don’t know where to start. This is where my book comes in and makes it fun and enjoyable for the whole family.
