healthy lunchDr. Kantor believes that we must be advocates for our children’s health and one way to do this is by getting them involved in packing a healthy lunch for school.   In this interview with The South Missourian, Dr. Kantor talks about his new book, The Green Box League of Nutritious Justice, which reinforces the concepts of teaching our children about proper health and nutrition.  He also shares ways to get children involved, and the importance of starting while they are young – before they even attend school.  By paving the road for a healthy lifestyle and getting them engaged in the process, it will become their routine and norm.  Generally speaking, when people get in the habit of living this healthy lifestyle, they don’t want to break that habit.
