health and nutritionGwen Blackburn of the radio show, Minority Counterpoint, spoke with Dr. Kantor about a variety of topics surrounding health, health care and nutrition. Dr. Kantor says that we are making a little headway in the fight against obesity, but by 2020 almost 50% of the US population will be obese, which includes our children.  We need to take every possible step that we can to combat the problem and we can’t rely on the government to fix these problems for us. The best health care that there is, is to live a truly healthy lifestyle and prevent diseases before they occur.

They also discuss recent news topics such as the “Drink Up” campaign and “Fat Letters,” and Dr. Kantor’s new children’s book, The Green Box League of Nutritious Justice (which should be released in October). Listen to this interview for great information on how and why you should adopt a healthier lifestyle for yourself and your family.
