grillingThe Times Herald recently asked Dr. Kantor for healthy yet tasty recipes and foods that can be made on the grill. Dr. Kantor says that grilling in general is healthier than a lot of other cooking methods, you just have to think outside the box, beyond the typical burgers and hot dogs. There are many advantages to grilling including great flavor, very little cleanup, and since you are already outside you are more likely to be active.  It’s energizing to cook outdoors, and grilled fare like fish, lean meat and veggie kabobs, and even fruits taste delicious over the open flame.
