Dr. Kantor discussed this and ways to be successful with Taylor Thomas of WHUR Radio.  He reminds us that our focus needs to be on living an overall healthier lifestyle, to focus on eating healthier and exercising more, not just to lose weight.  If we lead a healthier and more active lifestyle, the weight will inevitably come off and will be more likely to stay off.  They also talked about Dr. Kantor’s books, What Matters and The Green Box League of Nutritious Justice, which both focus on the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.
