I recently returned to WPTF Talk Radio to share my tips for having a fun and healthy Super Bowl Sunday.  I always start off by recommending that you don’t starve yourself Super Bowlbefore you go to a party, especially one geared towards lots of eating like the Super Bowl.  You will inevitably overindulge on all of the wrong foods if you do.  Instead, have a normal healthy breakfast and lunch to keep your metabolism up and then you won’t be as hungry come party time.  Also don’t skip your workout if you normally do exercise, and if you don’t try to at least get a walk in before the big game.  My last tip is to drink plenty of water, at least in between your alcoholic beverages. This will help you feel more full, causing you to not eat and drink quite as much.

I also shared 4 great recipes,  2 geared towards Patriot Fans and 2 geared towards Seahawk fans.  Listen in on the interview for the recipe ideas!
