Dr. Kantor discusses how he served as a chair on the Blue Ribbon Advisory Panel, which came up with ways to cut health care costs without a mandate.  They discuss the ideas that were developed that would cut $253 billion with common sense solutions. A few of these simple ideas were to teach nutrition in our schools and to stop subsidizing the sugar industry with $2 billion a year, since we know that sugar is not good for our health. They also talk about the costs/effects that Americans will feel from Obamacare.
