nutritionTaylor Thomas of The Steve Harvey Show recently spoke with Dr. Kantor about health, nutrition and his new children’s book The Green Box League of Nutritious Justice. As a nutritionist, Dr. Kantor  teaches healthy living to children and their families throughout the country, through his all natural food companies, his nutritional wellness benefits platform and now through his new children’s book. Since the CDC has said that 75% of all chronic diseases are nutrition related, it is so important that we don’t just focus on fitness but also concentrate on nutrition.  We need to teach the current healthy living information and make it fun so that kids want to do it.  By starting with educating the children, they will force  parents to get involved by asking questions. We need to make healthy eating and living a healthy lifestyle fun. Listen to the interview for more tips to get your family involved with living a healthy lifestyle and for more information about Dr. Kantor’s new book.
