1) Exercise: Continue with your current exercise routine even if it means adjusting the time, or if you aren’t currently exercising aim for walking at least 10,000 steps per day.

2) Drink water: Aim for drinking ½ body weight in ounces per day.

3) Don’t starve yourself before the party, try and have healthy, balanced meals throughout the day so that you don’t arrived famished and binge on unhealthy party foods
