Dr. Kantor shared details about his newest book, The Green Box League of Nutritious Justice, with The Pioneer Group.  The fun part of the book he says, is that foods like healthy eatingfruits, veggies and healthy proteins have been animated as the main characters to encourage healthy eating. To engage children, the good guys or The Green Box League of Nutritious battle The Legion of Unhealthy Injustice headed by OBCD.  Brightly colored comics, coloring sheets, spelling activities, recipes, fitness tips and more make this a fun book for the entire family.  The most important thing that we can do as parents is to get involved and lead by example.  If we model healthy eating and living a healthy lifestyle, the kids will follow in our footsteps.
