In his recent interview with Fox News Connecticut, Dr. Kantor talks about his latest book, The Green Box League of Nutritious Justice.  The idea behind the book was to comeGreen Box League up with a fun way to teach children the importance of and give them a how-to for living a healthy lifestyle.  Through stories, coloring, spelling, and the use of animated characters with fun names, Dr. Kantor was able to do just that.  This book contains 26 stories, each with a health theme and fun characters life Bianca broccoli, Brian bison, and Adam apple.  The good guys, led by Knute Nutition fight the bad guys led by OBCD in fun filled animated adventures. This book truly is a family resource book with descriptions of all of the different fruits, veggies and proteins, recipes, exercises for all levels, articles for adults and more.
