Summer is the time for cookouts with friends and family, and inevitably we are tempted with less than healthy fare.  Dr. Kantor, however, says that there are plenty of healthy options for food and drink so that we can enjoy this time, without wrecking our diets.  He discussed these tips for what to eat and what to avoid with Pam Cloud of Times Record.
